Torrens Mining Limited is a public, unlisted Australian mineral resources company focused on realising shareholder value from its prospective Mt Gunson Copper-Cobalt Project in South Australia, its Buldah Polymetallic Project in Victoria, and its Laloki Copper Gold Zinc Project in Papua New Guinea.
The Mt Gunson Project is the subject of a 75% farm-in agreement with ASX-listed Gindalbie Metals. Gindalbie is making progress on its acquisition of the project stake, having completed a preliminary Scoping Study in May 2018, and immediately commencing a Pre-feasibility study on the copper cobalt resources at Mt Gunson.
Torrens was formed on 27 February 2014 to provide a platform for the capitalisation and potential public listing of the minerals business interests held by Terrace Mining Pty Ltd. In March 2014, 100% ownership of Terrace was transferred to Torrens. Torrens is the parent and ultimate holding company of Terrace, with Terrace its wholly owned subsidiary.
